Terms for using RentRanks
By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
Your account
Create an account at the login page. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your sign-in secure and any API key private.
One person or business per account is the norm. Tell us through the account area if you suspect misuse.
Balance and payments
You top up a balance in the dashboard. Orders are paid from it. Top-ups are not made through the API.
A basket costs nothing until you pay. After payment the order enters production and appears under ordered links with a status.
Invoices and proforma invoices are available from the dashboard.
What you buy
You buy a placement or link insertion on a third-party website, with one link to the URL you choose. Short and clear. Placements are intended to be permanent and dofollow. Publishers control their own sites, so we cannot guarantee a page stays online forever.
Delivery is usually within about 24 hours but may take longer. You may supply your own prompt or a finished article, and you are responsible for that content.

We may refuse an order or close an account that breaks these rules.
If you sell links as a publisher, you must own or control the site and approve each placement honestly.
Publishers
If you list your own site for sale of links, you set the price and you approve each placement. Payouts are weekly. You must not accept a placement you know to be illegal or deceptive.
Removal early. If you take down a paid link without good reason, we may withhold payouts and delist the site.
Publishers keep ownership of their sites. Buyers keep ownership of their target pages. Neither side gets rights in the other's property by using the service.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to place the link you ordered, as described. We do not promise rankings, traffic, calls or any outcome in search results, because Google and other engines decide those on their own.
If a placement fails or is removed early, contact us through your account and we will look at a fix or a balance credit, case by case.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will mark the change date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
